Designing a Dream Wedding for One of Our Own!

The Philadelphia Event Decor team had the honor of designing and producing a stunning wedding for one of our very own team members’ daughters. Every detail was infused with love, intention, and artistry, creating a night that perfectly reflected timeless romance.

From the moment guests entered the ballroom, they were transported into a luxurious dream — filled with chandeliers dripping in crystals, lush florals, and soft candlelight that glowed against cascading greenery.

The color palette featured soft blush, cream, ivory, and muted greens — accented by antique gold and touches of plum and mauve for depth. Each design element was carefully curated to create a natural yet elevated aesthetic that felt fresh, organic, and deeply personal.

Floral installations of garden roses, hydrangeas, dahlias, and lisianthus were arranged in gold candelabras and porcelain vessels with botanical prints.
Greenery-covered columns framed the ballroom and softened the architecture.
Crystal chandeliers suspended above statement tables added sparkle and warmth to the space.
Lucite chairs and gold-accented tables reflected the glow of candlelight, creating an ethereal ambiance.

The Lounge: Elegant, Cozy, and Unforgettable

One of the highlights of the night was the custom-designed lounge area — a signature element of our Philadelphia Event Decor wedding experiences.

The space featured:

Blush velvet sofas, cream tufted loveseats, and sage green ottomans
Accent pillows in floral and velvet patterns
Warm lighting with gold lamps and table accents
A custom chinoiserie-inspired backdrop depicting painted birds and flowering branches, setting the perfect tone for a romantic, garden atmosphere

This intimate area invited guests to relax and mingle while surrounded by beauty — seamlessly blending comfort with sophistication.

Lighting the Celebration

Lighting played a key role in bringing this wedding to life. Our team layered warm amber uplighting, glowing candlelight, and crystal chandelier illumination to create a soft, romantic glow that transitioned perfectly into the evening celebration.

As the night went on, the dance floor came alive with subtle movement lighting, balanced perfectly with the floral-lined DJ booth — finished in hand-painted panels and surrounded by lush floral arrangements.

Creating this event for one of our own was a true labor of love. From design planning to installation, our team poured their hearts into every petal, candle, and chandelier placement.
