Set against the lush, rolling hills of New Hope, Pennsylvania, this dreamy summer wedding at Hotel Du Village was the definition of refined garden romance. From ceremony to reception, every floral, fabric, and finish was thoughtfully designed and expertly installed by our team at Philadelphia Event Decor—resulting in a celebration that felt organic, elevated, and deeply personal.
The Venue: Hotel Du Village
Nestled in Bucks County, Hotel Du Village offers an effortlessly elegant backdrop for both outdoor ceremonies and ballroom celebrations. With its French country architecture, vine-covered stone walls, and manicured gardens, the venue serves as the perfect canvas for romantic, floral-forward design.We were honored to bring this setting to life through layered textures, thoughtful installations, and lush botanical moments throughout the property.
The Ceremony: A Floral-Covered Chuppah in the Trees
The ceremony was tucked beneath a canopy of towering trees, creating a naturally intimate setting. A custom-built chuppah was dressed in an abundance of florals—delphinium, lisianthus, hydrangea, and garden roses in soft shades of lavender, periwinkle, ivory, and blush. White garden chairs lined a grassy aisle framed with layered floral borders, reinforcing the wild-yet-refined aesthetic. Every bloom was intentionally placed to feel as though it had grown organically in the space—effortless in appearance, yet meticulously curated.
Escort Wall & Florals: A Lush Statement Moment
Inside the reception space, guests were greeted by a custom escort wall installation—a green hedge wall overflowing with florals and climbing greenery. Designed to be both functional and visually impactful, the installation served as a focal point while guiding guests to their seats. Romantic whites, purples, and soft greens carried throughout the design, ensuring a cohesive garden aesthetic from one moment to the next.
The Reception: Intimate, Elegant & Flower-Filled
In the candlelit ballroom, tables were adorned with organic floral centerpieces, romantic glassware, and subtle metallic accents. Twinkling lights overhead added a layer of magic, while additional greenery and florals throughout the room created a fully immersive experience. From tabletop arrangements to overhead installations, no detail was overlooked. The result was a celebration that felt intimate yet luxurious—an elevated garden experience from beginning to end.
