Step right up to this imaginative Bat Mitzvah celebration at Green Valley Country Club. This boardwalk-inspired event blended boardwalk nostalgia, bold personality, and elevated design—transforming the venue into a seaside experience. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully designed to capture the spirit of summer and celebrate the guest of honor in a way that felt entirely personal.
A Warm Welcome to the Boardwalk
From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed into a coastal escape. Colorful signage, striped cabana draping, and custom boardwalk murals immediately set the scene.
A custom-built “Swag Shack” invited guests to browse branded merchandise, while themed vignettes such as Ava’s Arcade, Waves Soda Shop, and Boardwalk Bites created immersive moments that brought the charm of the boardwalk indoors.
Statement Moments
The décor was a true masterclass in theme execution. Oversized white carousel horses anchored the space, styled with coastal grasses, white delphinium blooms, and softly glowing candlelight to create a look that felt whimsical yet refined. Lounge areas featured branded pillows, rattan accents, and sandy-hued florals—carrying the beach-chic aesthetic seamlessly throughout the room.
Tablescapes with Coastal Texture
Dining tables were styled with elegant lanterns, seafoam green glass votives, and organic floral compositions in whites and creams. Layers of texture—sand, seagrass, and natural elements—added depth and visual interest to each centerpiece. Even the smallest details, from custom signage to coordinated napkins, were designed to reflect Ava’s signature style and reinforce the cohesive theme.
