Philadelphia Event Decor transformed Green Valley Country Club into a glamorous celebration for Maddie’s special night—an event we fondly called A Night of Madness. From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in a whimsical world of bold pinks, soft blush tones, glowing neon signs, and lavish floral displays.
A Show-Stopping Entrance
Guests were greeted by sleek, white draping and dramatic pink lighting, setting the mood for a night full of energy and style. The entrance area featured illuminated cherry blossom trees and custom décor pieces that hinted at the playful, chic theme inside.
Luxe Lounge & Social Spaces
The lounge area was designed for both comfort and style, featuring plush white tufted seating, high-top tables with clear acrylic chairs, and glowing floral centerpieces. This created a perfect balance between modern elegance and a relaxed, social atmosphere.
The Statement Bar
The main bar made a bold impact with a striking “MAD HAPPY” sign flanked by towering floral arrangements in shades of blush, cream, and lavender. Neon accents like Hello Gorgeous and XOXO brought personality and charm, while mirrored finishes added a touch of glamour.
Dining in Style
Dinner tables were dressed in soft pink linens and accented with clear ghost chairs, mirrored risers, and cascading candlelight. Floral arrangements bursting with roses, anthuriums, peonies, and hydrangeas added depth, texture, and romance to the tablescape. The combination of tall taper candles and low floral centerpieces ensured an intimate yet elevated dining experience.
Interactive & Instagram-Worthy Moments
From a custom photo booth featuring trendy crinkle walls and bold lip prints to a video wall displaying personalized event graphics, every detail encouraged guests to capture and share the moment.
The Perfect Dance Floor
The evening transitioned into dancing our LED Starlit dance floor framed by draped walls and dazzling uplighting, creating a vibrant and inviting party atmosphere.
