Set inside Green Valley Country Club, this Bat Mitzvah was a bold, high-energy celebration layered with metallic textures, vibrant florals, and dramatic production elements. We designed the evening to be a blended modern glamour fused with nightlife-inspired design — transforming the ballroom into a sleek, personalized party atmosphere filled with oversized statement pieces, glowing architectural details, and unforgettable visual moments. From the custom branding to the floral-forward tablescapes and reflective installations overhead, every detail was curated to create a celebration that felt elevated, youthful, and completely custom to our Bat Mitzvah girl.
The Venue: Green Valley Country Club
Green Valley Country Club provided the perfect setting for this transformation. The clean ballroom architecture allowed the design elements to take center stage while dramatic lighting, layered textures, and custom production completely reshaped the space. Black draping framed the room while cool-toned lighting washed the walls in electric blue and violet hues, instantly creating the atmosphere of a modern luxury lounge.
The First Impression: Bold Branding & Statement Entrances
Guests were welcomed into Alexa’s world immediately through oversized custom branding moments and metallic installations that set the tone for the evening. A dramatic escort display layered mirrored sequins, oversized chrome balloons, and custom black-and-white signage featuring Alexa’s name in bold typography created a striking entrance focal point.
Throughout the room, personalized branding remained a key design element — from the custom dance floor logo and LED screen graphics to the elevated “party big” centerpiece installation that anchored the long guest table. These large-scale statement moments made the celebration feel immersive, cohesive, and uniquely hers.
The Dance Floor & Stage: Sleek, Modern, High-Energy
At the center of the ballroom was a glossy white dance floor featuring Alexa’s custom monogram, positioned directly in front of a fully produced stage setup with oversized LED screens, mirrored scenic panels, and illuminated staging. The reflective surfaces amplified the lighting effects throughout the evening while creating a sleek, nightclub-inspired atmosphere.
Suspended chrome orb installations floated overhead within custom truss structures, adding dimension and visual drama across the room. Combined with layered lighting and large-scale production elements, the dance floor became the heartbeat of the celebration and a true focal point throughout the night.
Floral Design & Tablescapes: Vibrant Color Meets Modern Glamour
The floral design brought an unexpected softness and richness to the modern metallic environment. Long mirrored tables were overflowing with lush florals in shades of violet, lavender, fuchsia, blush, and deep magenta. Elevated floral spheres and sculptural stems created movement and height while reflecting the dramatic lighting throughout the room.
Round guest tables featured textured black sequin linens paired with vivid lavender arrangements, floating candlelight, and reflective chrome accents. Clear acrylic chairs kept the overall design feeling open, modern, and elevated while allowing the bold floral palette and lighting design to remain the visual stars.
Overhead Installations & Production Details
One of the most impactful design elements of the evening was the large-scale overhead chrome sphere installation suspended throughout the ballroom. These reflective metallic orbs created incredible visual movement while mirroring the lighting, florals, and energy of the celebration from every angle.
Combined with truss framing, shimmer draping, custom staging, and layered lighting effects, the production transformed the ballroom into an immersive event environment that felt more like a luxury social event or modern fashion experience than a traditional Bat Mitzvah.

Every design choice — from the metallic textures and dramatic florals to the custom branding and oversized installations — reflected Alexa’s personality and created an atmosphere that felt vibrant, stylish, and full of energy.
