Philadelphia Event Decor brought high-energy glam to The Inn at Villanova for a Bat Mitzvah that was nothing short of spectacular. Inspired by the bold, electric vibe of a live rock concert, every detail was designed to create a night that felt like a VIP backstage pass to the ultimate music experience. From neon signage and mirrored bars to custom guitar centerpieces and plush lounge seating, this celebration blended rock-star edge with elevated sophistication—creating an atmosphere that was energetic, and unforgettable.
The Venue
The Inn at Villanova became a vibrant, elevated setting for this celebration. With its versatile spaces and clean architectural lines, the venue provided the ideal backdrop for a design experience layered with light, texture, and bold personality.
Statement Decor
Guitar centerpieces adorned with vivid floral arrangements in bold reds, purples, and pinks created instant visual impact across the room. Neon signage featuring playful phrases like “Live Music” and “But Have You Heard It on Vinyl?” added an authentic concert atmosphere. Mirrored geometric bar fronts reflected the glow of magenta and purple lighting, amplifying the energy of the space while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.
Shimmer Wall Photo Moment
Guests stepped into the spotlight with a custom photobooth framed by shimmering metallic walls that reflected the vibrant lighting throughout the room. Branded backdrops gave each photo a rock-star edge—making every snapshot feel like an album cover moment. This wasn’t just a photobooth—it became a design focal point and guest favorite, drawing people in and enhancing the experience.
Lounge & Dance Floor Energy
Plush black lounge seating with custom logo pillows created stylish spaces for guests to relax between dance sets. A sleek black-and-white dance floor anchored the room, inviting high-energy movement all night long. Backdrop walls featuring bold song lyrics reinforced the theme and set the tone for a celebration where music truly brought everyone together.
Florals & Lighting
Elevated glass vases filled with floating candles and lush blooms added a refined layer to the rock-inspired design. Deep, moody uplighting in shades of magenta and purple washed the room in color, tying every element together into one cohesive environment.
