This intimate milestone dinner at Union League Liberty Hill was anything but ordinary. Philadelphia Event Decor transformed the space into an elevated celebration rooted in personal style, refined design, and playful nods to the guest of honor’s love of golf.
Set against the warm ambiance of Liberty Hill’s elegant venue, the room was layered with candlelight, soft uplighting, and thoughtful details—creating a celebration that felt sophisticated, intentional, and deeply personal.
Elevated Design with Personal Meaning
The room was bathed in warm candlelight and glowing uplights, highlighting lush textures and curated design moments throughout the space. Custom centerpieces featured vibrant green moss, modern white vessels, and subtle golf ball accents—creating tablescapes that felt sleek and contemporary while still honoring the theme. Tall hurricane candles added height and atmosphere, while ghost chairs and textured linens gave the room a crisp, modern edge.
Thoughtful Details at Every Place Setting
At each seat, personalized golf ball favor boxes by The Sweet Trading Company offered a charming, meaningful touch. These favors added personality without overpowering the aesthetic—perfectly balancing theme with elegance. Striped napkins introduced a subtle preppy detail, grounding the table design with tailored sophistication.
A Statement Escort Display
One of the evening’s most memorable design moments was the escort card display.
